The light of the world has been described as the morning star and the evening star. Before Jesus Christ's birth, His mother, Mary, conceived Him by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit also came down to the Virgin Mary in the form of a bright cloud. This bright cloud is called "the DEAR LIGHT." During this time that the Holy Spirit descended upon Mary, she was visited by an angel who told her about her Son's birth.

One of her kinsmen named Joseph came in response to her request for help because she could not utter a sound because of the pain.
Joseph understood what he was saying when he saw him moving in her womb so he took him out and wrapped him in clean cloths and placed Him in a manger with animals feeding on them because they were driven away by the brightness of His light (Luke 2:1-15). The brightness of His light caused all who saw Him to fall down before Him like lambs before their Shepherd (John 1:6). The angel said to everyone who saw Jesus, "He is the SON OF THE LIVING GOD" (Matthew 16: 15). So today we can say that it is true that He is our light and our salvation (Matthew 4: 4).
